Salary Schedules 2025-2026
The most recent salary schedules posted are for the 25-26 school year. Any salary changes for the 26-27 school year will be effective retroactively. In the past, these have usually been bargained in January, sent to ITA membership for ratification, and then disbursed in March or April paychecks.
Medical Benefits - 2026
Medical benefits are bargained by the Benefits Management Board, consisting of union and district representation. While these are the most recent documents available, there will be new benefit summaries for 2027 soon. Your enrollment period is in November, unless you experience a qualifying event. The most exciting change coming in 2027 is paid pregnancy leave, which was supported through legislation by your union!
